Provides access to the photos the user has uploaded, and photos the user has been tagged in.

Allows the app to publish to the Open Graph using Built-in Actions, Achievements, Scores, or Custom Actions. The app can also publish other activity which is detailed in the Facebook’s Publishing Permissions document.

Access to third party services’ accounts

These services allow this Application to access Data from your account on a third party service and perform actions with it. These services are not activated automatically, but require explicit authorization by the User.

Access to the Facebook account (This Application)

This service allows this Application to connect with the User’s account on the Facebook social network, provided by Facebook Inc. Permissions asked: Check-ins, Email, Likes, Photos and Publish App Activity. Place of processing : USA – Privacy Policy

Content commenting

Content commenting services allow Users to make and publish their comments on the contents of this Application. Depending on the settings chosen by the Owner, Users may also leave anonymous comments. If there is an email address among the Personal Data provided by the User, it may be used to send notifications of comments on the same content. Users are responsible for the content of their own comments. If a content commenting service provided by third parties is installed, it may still collect web traffic data for the pages where the comment service is installed, even when users do not use the content commenting service.

Facebook Comments (Facebook)

These services allow interaction with social networks or other external platforms directly from the pages of this Application. Geolocation (This Application) 

This Application may collect, use, and share User location Data in order to provide location-based services. Most browsers and devices provide tools to opt out from this feature by default. These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. Payment Option Restrictions

  • All credit cards presented at time of payment must have a valid expiration date and security code.

Other Payment Policies

  • Payment is expected at time of purchase or upon due date of purchase order.
  • Any discounts claimed at time of purchase will be reflected on payment.
  • Your payment information is private and will not be shared with any other party.
  • Shipping costs will be added to the product price, based on weight and location of shipment.

The price and all other amounts due under the Schedule shall be paid by the Client by the due date as specified in the invoice.

Tu Red Online. reserves the right to suspend the Services in case of late payment. Any exercise by Tu Red Online. of its right to suspend the Services in the case of late payment shall be without prejudice to any other of its rights under this agreement notwithstanding suspension of the Services by Tu Red Online the Client shall continue to pay the price for the Services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement until this Agreement is terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Tu Red Online reserves the right to automatically process recurring payment through any method that has not been given a 30 day cancellation notice.

Tu Red Online understands and will exercise its statutory right to interest and debt recovery costs under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 if not paid according to agreed terms.
